This is the follow-up to part one of the course. We take songs like San Antonio Rose and Sweet Georgia Brown and dissect them into chord progressions. Then, we learn to move the single of pockets around to improvise over this chord progression. jeff shows you how to play seven intros on the c6th for San Antonio Rose, how to play through the chord progressions, a nice swing melody in big, fat chords, along with how to play some nice fills with a singer.
Overall, this is a fun course that will no doubt improve your C6th playing, but it will leak over into your E9th playing as well. If you have ever been weak on the number system for chords, this will cure you of it! Jeff goes into detail about just that, the number system for the C6th and how important it is to learn to think and play by it.
Two hours of DVD, tab book and rhythm tracks on CD.
